Guide Path was conceived and founded by Rebecca Adelman, Esq., a distinguished healthcare lawyer, enterprise risk and claims manager, and thought leader in senior living. With over three decades of dedicated service, Rebecca has had the privilege of representing senior living communities in litigation, advising their owners and managers, and engaging deeply with stakeholders across the senior care ecosystem. Her extensive work includes pioneering “Resident and Family Expectations Management” programs, workshops, and resources shared nationwide.

Through thousands of hours of trial testimony from families, caregivers, and administrators, along with countless interviews with risk managers, claims specialists, and insurance companies, Rebecca has gained profound insights into the factors driving claims, complaints, and losses.
