That’s important to us. It was a part of her purpose. So, I’m glad she’s in an environment where Christianity and spirituality is at the center of what they do. And the aging process. I think, you know. Really being educated on what to expect, as mom starts to age, she has dementia. So, for me, that’s new. What could we do to assist new residents and families in completing the survey so that we can gain deeper insights into their expectations and needs? “By reinforcing how important the survey is. It makes sure everybody’s on the same page. It’s their opportunity to voice their opinion and to establish their expectations.” – Daughter of Resident

From your point of view, does the community help build trust by offering a survey like this? “Yes, I think so! Having a survey by a third party helps you identify areas that can be improved or areas of concern. I think it is relevant to have a survey. If the community looks at the survey, applies the knowledge learned, and makes changes, then it is sure to help everyone.” – Daughter of Resident
